I have bought two new vehicles from Dave Smith Motors, a GMC 2500 4x4 in 2008 and a GMC 3599 van in 3011 and Im coming back for more. The commercial sales and service staff were 100% on the job. All expectations were exceeded and the savings were amazing.. That is why I am shopping for more. This time its a Caddy for my wife.
When we called Dave Smith we were asked to give them a shot and to hold off on pursuing any alternatives until they had a shot to try to get us into a car. We did as they asked and boy did they make us sorry! We worked with the Sales Associate, Owen, for well over 3 weeks and were disappointed nearly 100% of the time. He had excuse after excuse as to why things were taking so long. We would have to call and call and still would not always get as little as a call back.
