Dave Smith Motors fails to honor the warranty. Regrettably, after purchasing a car with a warranty, the engine malfunctioned a mere eight months later. I Have purchased two Dodge Ram trucks from Dave Smith Motors. The company prioritizes top customer service. Both times, it was a pleasurable experience in the purchase process. I dealt with Adam K. and was very impressed by how he positively represented the dealership. There was absolutely no hassle to complete the purchase. I would, and have, several times recommended Dave Smith Motors to other prospective buyers. Just for the record: I have not been paid or received any type of "perk" for my comments.
Between personal and business I think have purchased at least 35 vehicles. This was by far the easiest, and quickest buying experience and I got the best value I have ever received. Mason was a lot of fun to work with and even picked me up in Hayden and gave me a lift to the dealership.
