They never returned the call
I contacted Holly today (Christmas) to inform her my heat went out yet again and her response was “I must be doing something wrong” I never knew adjusting a thermostat between 70 and 80 was wrong. I have a 5 year old in the house and we’ve had working heat a total of two weeks throughout this whole winter.
