Routine maintenance check, tire rotation, oil change. The service department was fast. I appreciated the timely appointment. Kelsey was great as service advisor.

I am a customer that has had 2 Lincolns. This Mkz hasn't have me many problems but i needed a cpu chip. They quoted me 3000 dollars which is the going rate for the chip with the labor. I couldn't afford that and they worked with me so i could get my car fixed. The only thing that i think they could've done better is communication. They had my car for almost a month and didn't call me and update me once. Could've called at last 1 time a week for an update in my opinion.
