As usual service at Dave Sinclair is always a top shelf experience. However, whoever at Lincoln headquarters that decided to set this new system up, needs to go to work for GM, Cadillac!! This is not only an inconvenience to every customer, but you have put the employees of this St. Louis landmark into horrible situation. There are people that litterly have to drive 20-30 miles for checking in for service, only to have there care driven back and forth, 30 miles for the service to be done. Always very helpful and polite. They came and picked my car up , serviced it then returned it to me. Cleaned my car before returning I have been treated very well by everyone at the service center and I would highly recommend!!
The sales person Cindy was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and very informative!
The worst customer service ever they had my car for a month and I have to fight for my car back with it being paid for ……… Service and Sales Managers are trash
