Matt was very helpful in getting the maintenance completed on my Nautilus. He was friendly and acted like a person without an agenda. He was genuine and very fair. He suggested a tuneup but I tabled that for another day. When I originally called for an appointment, he had quoted 10:30 am but I was still working. I asked about an appointment later in the day and he agreed. He also said I could arrive earlier and he would fit me in. He did just that. I appreciate his willingness to work me in. He was very professional.
Matt at the service center was great. We discusses the maintenance package as there were a few items I didn't want to get done just yet. He worked with me on pricing out the other major maintenance services so I still felt like I was getting a deal. They took great care of my car and the cost was exactly as he quoted it. He was very honest and kind and I appreciated them taking care of me!
