I made an appointment for the Customer Satisfaction Program 19N08 to correct the shuddering of my car. When setting the appointment I asked for them to take care of any recalls. They corrected the the two recalls but didn't repair the 19N08. My car was not available for the day and now I will have to schedule again to have it repaired. I called after I realized they didn't complete the 19N08 and they said I should of looked at the service order when dropping it off.
