As previously stated in this review of quality, I was pleased with the recent visit I had with Sinclair Buick and the first oil change on this new vehicle I purchased in January 2026. The technician that took care of my car was polite and timely and got me on my way home in a reasonable amount of time.
They were patient with us while we took forever deciding and all the paperwork was very straight forward. They stayed late to make sure we'd have everything ready we needed for our purchase. Conner was no pressure and wanted to find us what we wanted out of a car.
I had an excellent experience at Dave Sinclair Buick. I really enjoyed working with Andrew. He was kind and respectful and made sure I always had timely answers to my questions as we worked through my trade in and new car purchase. I feel like everyone I met at Dave Sinclair was so respectful and kind and not at all what the stereotypes tell you to expect from those that work at car dealerships - especially when you are a female buyer. They ran all the diagnosis I paid the $600 on my pocket but I was not please because when I called the insurance they told me something different that they had called in and I wasn't happy at all because what was wrote on the paper the diagnosis what wasn't they gave to the insurance I didn't know if they wanted to work on it if they didn't I just wish they would have refused me from the beginning
