This dealership is the best. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and great to work with. Dealership ownership and management are customer oriented. Their pricing is fair and competitive. Vehicle paperwork process is easy. I've purchased from this dealership for years and will keep coming back. My cars are always serviced there and that staff is great as well.
Rob F was awesome. Went in w a pretty good understanding of what I wanted and walked away an hour later w a 2021 Acadia. Had to get one because my car was totaled but Rob and his team made the whole process so easy that it softens the blow of losing a great vehicle, but replacing it with a better one. TV
My salesperson - Nicki Horr was excellent in every way. Randy in financing was very friendly and efficient. He explained all my finance options. And of course Dan Sinclair was kind enough to come out in the waiting room to greet all customers in there and to ask everyone if all was going ok. That is why I am a repeat customer and have purchased 5 vehicles there over the past several years and will for many more.
My service writer, Megan was excellent, expeditious and helpful. The two shuttle drivers who took me home and then returned to my house to bring me back to the dealer were excellent and professional. And finally, the work done to my Sierra was excellent.
