The owner is very rude and they don’t have respect very bad
I called the owner of a workshop to request assistance with a punctured tire on my truck. I only asked him when I could come for the tire repair and how long it would take. But when he found that I am from India, he immediately started swearing at me. He subjugated me to hateful behavior and discrimination. He said things like "You people in Florida also caused accidents and deaths," and insulting me further with many offensive words that I cannot even repeat now. I had an extremely negative experience with this mechanic. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. Not only was the work itself a complete waste of time and money, but I was also insulted, discriminated against, and verbally abused during the process. The behavior was unacceptable, highly disrespectful, and far below any standard of customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this mechanic – totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth trusting with your vehicle.
This is by far the most unprofessional mechanic I have ever dealt with. The owner’s behavior was abusive, extremely disrespectful, and discriminatory. Instead of providing honest service, he treated me with complete rudeness and no professionalism at all. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated the way I was. Terrible experience with this shop. The mechanic does not know how to do trailer welding properly, and instead of helping, he made everything worse. On top of that, he is extremely expensive, unreliable, and dishonest. His behavior was unprofessional, abusive, and even discriminatory — I felt truly disrespected. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Please, if you care about your truck, your trailer, your time, and your money, do not go here. The shop should honestly be shut down. Worst experience ever.
