I absolutely HATE the vehicle buying process, until now. Jay Plake and Dave Says Yes made our experience smooth, quick and, dare I say it, fun. Jay gave us straight answers, no bs, and treated us extremely well. Financing was secured prior to our arrival, great rate and pricing was less than expected on a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Including test driving a couple different vehicles, we were in and out in 90 minutes. I'll definitely look to Dave Arbogast for any future car needs.
I decided to go to Dave Arbogast in Troy, Ohio and was ecstatic about the treatment that I had received from Emily Behr. she was SOOO AWESOME. She was able to work with what I was looking for and needed!!! I would highly reccomend her. I would also recommend Matthew Cherin as well. you rock Emily & Matthew!!!
My experience at dave says yes was great! Emily was our go to person, she was pleasant an made our car buying experience fun. She had 2 other customers an another coming in. She did a wonderful job juggling all of us plus phone calls. We couldnt of had a better experience. If you need a car an would like a fun an exciting sales woman go see Emily! She wont disappoint you 😃. ps. she did all this with a broken foot and a boot on. wobbling an hobbling to an from getting cars an paper work!! thank you.
The sales and financial team is beyond wonderful. Just when I was getting discouraged and about to give up, along came Terry Murlin and Dave Says Yes who gave me hope again. Thank you so much for helping me today, making this the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had, and helping me accomplish what I was beginning to think was impossible. I would recommend Terry and Dave Says Yes 1000 percent. Don't get discouraged and give it a shot!
