Dave did a great job. He was a professional through out the process. He took the time to listen to everyone involved. He gave input when necessary and at the right times to move the sale forward. We were very pleased.

Dave was a great realtor to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable about various neighborhoods and also provided additional knowledge relating to the build of each home we visited. He was also flexible when it came to times for visiting homes and responsive to any other needs. When we ran into a tight timeline for the home inspection and counter offer, Dave worked extra hard to arrange for experts to come to the home on a weekend and assist with delivering a report that we could rely on for any negotiations. Dave is the best! Dave has really great responsiveness and helped navigate a difficult process. He is an all around good guy and made the selling process a little less daunting. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent!
Dave was Fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, responsive, listened and cared about our goals. He was passionate and fun to work with. It was clear that he loves what he does.
