Dave was a great realtor to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable about various neighborhoods and also provided additional knowledge relating to the build of each home we visited. He was also flexible when it came to times for visiting homes and responsive to any other needs. When we ran into a tight timeline for the home inspection and counter offer, Dave worked extra hard to arrange for experts to come to the home on a weekend and assist with delivering a report that we could rely on for any negotiations.
