Although I have had my problems with Ford Dan, the Service manager was not one of them. He is an outstanding service manager, extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
Everyone at Dave Pirro Ford acts cordially and in a responsive manner. They do not carefully ignore you, roll their eyes, or sigh...experiences which are all to common at most business establishments today. You get the feeling that the DPF employees are proud of the place they work, and proud of the products---- be it vehicles, service, or check-out ---- that they deliver to customers.

Service department (Chris was my advisor) worked with me over three weeks to find and resolve a noise complaint I had on my F150. I was closing in on the end of the factory warranty and wanted to find out what was causing it before that was up. I did not even buy the truck there, and they were patient and treated me like they really wanted to help. Unlike some other local dealer that I will not name.
