Randomly got a flat coming into Skaneateles. Stopped by and they were so helpful and kind. It was Friday close to closing time and we received great customer service!

Their service department had my vehicle finished up quickly even though I was 2 hours early to my appointment. They communicated clearly with me when discussing repair options, and they were honest! (Unlike some other shops that I won't name here.)
