Dave Pirro Ford in Skaneateles always takes good care of my vehicles & does the job right the first time. Everyone is always polite and personable. The Waiting room is nice & there's a new Byrne dairy across the street you can easily walk to if you're going to be waiting for your vehicle. The parking lot is spacious with no stress & no worries regarding entry or exit into the facility. 5-Stars

My car needed some routine maintenance and also had a problem I didn't understand. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff listened and helped me understand what was not working in my car. I was given information and choices on what could be done to address the problem. The work was completed efficiently and within the time frame I was given. The staff was friendly and respectful. A great experience.

Dave Pirro Ford has the integrity and ability to tailor situations that can meet changing needs. Ministries within my church conference is Disaster Response. I needed a truck to tow a cargo tool trailer and carry additional equipment in the bed of a truck. Matt and Peter understood life changes and it changes rapidly. We were able to come to a comfortable solution that I could live with and turn in a young, low mileage SUV that a family could afford.
