I was expecting to be tired up most of the day, however I was only an hour. I was very shocked and appreciative. I needed front end linkage (warranty) work done.
Top Notch personnel. I will be back for my next truck.
ease of use and good communication. I believe they know their product well. As a customer was a bit frustrated by the supply chain concerns of Ford. Certain parts are difficult to get. Not an issue with the dealership by any means.
Randomly got a flat coming into Skaneateles. Stopped by and they were so helpful and kind. It was Friday close to closing time and we received great customer service!
