I highly recommend Dave Pilvinsky as a realtor. He knows the market and the neighborhoods. He has a knack for understanding his clients desires. So he is excellent at finding the "right" property. He is easy to work with and very reliable. Once he helps you find the perfect place, he continues his support to help you get the best deal possible. He's a geat negotiator! Even after all the dealings are done, he's a great resource for local recommendations of all sorts.

After 75 years in New York, we decided to move down to Florida and were unsure and uptight about what we were looking for and where we should settle. Dave knew exactly how we felt and he took the ball and rolled with it. He showed us various houses in various locations and discussed the pros and cons of each house and location. During the past 10 months, we are now permanent Palm Coast residents in a perfect house in the most wonderfully friendly neighborhood we have ever lived in - our last hurrah thanks to Dave.
