Completely scammed my parents multiple times because they're old. How does one leave a car at the mechanic for battery issues, and when I go to pick it up, the battery is completely dead and I have to leave it for additional repairs for days. Infact, the reason im leaving this review is im 100% sure they did nothing because the battery is still just as dead as before. What did my mom pay 1200 for ? Explain it to me. Yesterday was my first time at Dave Mays. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I arrived to my appointment a mechanic rode with me in my car so he could hear the noises I was describing. The entire staff was welcoming and respectful! My car was diagnosed quickly and they explained to me in detail what was wrong and a plan with the cost to fix it. They even let me know some future recommended maintenance and the cost so I could plan for my future visit. My car has been doing great since being in the shop an... read more
I have had 3 cars serviced at Dave Mays over the last 4 years. Every single time, the appointment was kept and work completed on time. They worked with me on start times and pick up times due to my work. Would recommend them (and I have to 4 people who were very pleased).
I brought my Chevy Express van in for two totally separate issue and both times they were very quick with calling me and telling me the issue and fixing it all in the same day! Reasonably priced as well!
