Nice facility and staff is friendly
Janet and Steve really have been disappointing to work with recently having no pride left in their work. I have been bringing my ford here for years and they used to have a positive attitude and be reasonable helpful. I’m not sure what happened to this place but DO NOT take your Ford here. Eagle River Ford is much better… as you can see below they are now calling me a liar

Went in was told I was approved for the vehicle I wanted yet no you can’t get it but u can get this dented vehicle and then offered me half of what my trade is worth ! Come on down your approved for the vehicle you want then get there 3 people to test drive my car ! Horrible experience never again !
