A special shout-out to Willie, the service manager at the Quick Lane service center here. I was on a big road trip through the northwoods this summer, and had a grinding noise. I showed up at open and he got me in right away, then gave me the offending stone that was stuck in my brakes! I paid a reasonable price and went on my way quite quickly.
