I am so grateful to my friends, George & Peggy Pendleton for recommending Dave Lane's Hi-Tech Mechanical. When I set up the appointment, they gave me a window between 1-3pm. The technician, Chris Mooney, called me at 12:45pm to let me know that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. Now, that may or may not have been a fortuitous fluke, because he was at my house 15 minutes later. Impressive.
