The Tech was dressed and presented himself very professionally. He switched out the Thermostat and checked the system and was gone in under 20 minutes. Great Job.
What a great experience. Ive never had a company send a photo and a background story for a technician so a "stranger" would not be arriving. The tech showed up and almost immediately found our ac line was clogged. He also found the ac thermostat was corroded and needed replacing. I was sweating in my office when I made the service call, and about 20 mins after he arrived I could feel the ice cold air rolling in. Thank you for the speedy service and having an experienced qualified tech here to help us out!
