Due to a disagreement with my Ex partner I was unable to use Dave Knight Real Estate Team to sell my home, but even though we used a different team to sell Dave was willing to answer questions and guide me in decisions along the way. At one point I needed a small hard money loan to do some home repairs before photos and I was unable to get a loan due to a short timeline and current employment. I was referred to The Dave Knight Reat Estate Team thru my Trust Attorney , Charles Schofield . That couldn't have worked out better! I’ve known Dave Knight and members of his team for years. I’ve also had a chance to speak with those that have worked alongside him and his team in buying or selling their home.
