So if I could I would give the zero stars I would. I reached out to Dave Knights real estate team because I was looking for an agent that would be proactive in finding a buyer for my property. I sent an email inquiring on their website and received a call back from the next day. We talked that day and they said everything I was looking for in an agent and they seemed confident that they could sell my property quickly after going on the market.
