Great people and no games at Dave Knapp Ford. This was my first time buying a vehicle from them and it could not have been an easier process. They made sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at a fair price.
I truly dislike leaving negative reviews however if my experience can help someone, that alone is why I share. I purchased a new EcoSport in 2019 from Dave Knapp Ford. The purchasing experience was fine as in every new vehicle I have ever purchased was. Issue began about 6 months after the purchase where the Check Engine light would come on, the acceleration pedal dropped to the floor board and the car needed to turned off then back on to enable movement.
