Our recent experience with Dave Knapp Ford was exceptional! Our salesperson, Amber Gunn was so knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all! Brian Knapp was incredible to deal with as well. We shopped around between manufacturers and dealerships and came back to Dave Knapp. Their service, personnel and the whole overall process with them made it easy and enjoyable. We will continue to use Dave Knapp for all our vehicle needs in the future!
We had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Dave Knapp Ford Lincoln in Greenville OH. Amber provided a high level of customer service from the beginning with patience, knowledge, and prompt communication. Once we arrived, we found the rest of the Dave Knapp team to be just as professional and easy to work. Amber had everything prepared and made the trading/buying process quick and easy as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend Amber and the team at Dave Knapp Ford Lincoln.
Don’t have no complaints about Dave Knapp. We’ve always dealt with Chuck. He’s a pretty decent guy.
They are liars and crooks. Sold my daughter a ford escape that wasn’t even for sale do to it having issues. They pressured her into the sale had it 7 days and had to take it back do to a bad transmission. They had it 2 to 3 months before she got it back. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy
