I was able to find the truck I was looking for on the dealership website. When I went to the dealership, Anna was very helpful with arrangements and getting the accessories installed. She did an excellent job of keeping me updated and to get things in order while I was out of town. The truck was ready to go when I got back in town.
Outstanding customer service. Dave Kehl Chevrolet is the reason I keep buying a Chevrolet product.
Do not call this dealer. Just go buy a car/truck off of them. You are guaranteed to get the old school salesman you haven’t seen in 40 years. These guys don’t ask you to buy some homie ceramic coat or some BS warranty. No add ons. This is how cars used to be purchased. I didn’t even ask him if he could do any better on the price. It felt so nice to just walk in and buy a Tahoe.
Drove out to buy a truck this dealership had. Test drove it and noticed the sunroof was leaking and there was water damage to the headliner. Andy said they would fix it (under warranty) and give me a call in a day or 2 with status. I called him multiple times over the next week, finally he says it’s fixed but the material still looks water damaged, I ask cost to replace that and he says he will follow up with parts and call me back… never does.
