Dave Huff is the definition of a SLIMY BITTER WEASEL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Dave was under contract to sell a lot for us, after a while we chose to not renew our contract with him and before terminating the listing changed the description to inaccurate statements that made it seem like we didn't want to sell. we asked him to remove the comments and he still has not.

I did not feel that the Huff team really cared about my real estate transaction. Poor communication. Lots of confusion during phone calls. He did not accept into escrow a sizable additional deposit from the buyer. The property finally sold, and he didn't even say "Thanks for the business". I would not recommend The Huff Team. There are plenty of competent realtors in town to choose from.
