Where do even start! Dave and Eloisa are masters at what they do! Back in April this year, I asked them to help my 88yo mother and sister to sell their townhouse and purchase a new home in another county. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dave was awesome! Super responsive. Always helpful. I was selling from a distance and Dave covered everything including inspections since I was not local. He is a consummate professional and more than that a problem solver. If you want full service Dave is the realtor for you. He knows the market so he will help you get it sold quickly. Even in this market our condo got 2 offers and was under contract within 30 days of listing. I highly recommend him!
