Very bad experience in our policy we have to cars but one of the cars was with problems and we just take it out of the policy and they charge for both cars even i spoke with the manager or owner today we found the full charge was taken and no answer when I call today ,we will take the next step because anyway we didn't have hour account ser for automatic payment ,very sad
