What an incredible experience! My clients were scheduled to close the day after Hurrican Milton. It's not unusual for a lender to stop the closing and demand a reinspection to ensure the house is still in good shape. Somehow, we were still given the goahead mid-day Thursday for closing. Then that got changed around 4:00 when Palm Bay was part of the disaster zone.
