I rang Dave. He answered almost immediately which is more than I can say about another company. He guided me through how to manually open the door and to check the springs. Well that eliminated one problem so it had to with the unit itself. He was here within the hour and did the job within 2 hours. Fixed, serviced and good to go. Highly recommended.
