If you are serious about bodybuilding, this is your gym. no place else in the South Bay is like it. all equipment is new or well maintained the staff helpful, trainers are available. even protein snacks and drinks are available. this is the best gym in the area for serious training. what else could you expect from a gym owned by an IFBB pro. highly recommend. Amazing facility! Edit: 4/16/2026 I wish I could give an even better review. I hadn't been back to the gym in a long time due to a herniated disc that will require surgery. I happened to return early this week, scanned in and as I'm walking in I hear my name being called out. It was Dave and he asked what was up, why I hadn't been there in 8 months. Great gym with a strong community vibe. Normies like myself blend in with the bodybuilders and people from all walks of life. All the equipment you could ever ask for, always decently busy but never so busy you have to wait for a machine due to redundancies and an expansive space. If you just want to lift and be around good people, Dave's is as good as it gets!
Best gym since Golds in Redondo closed.
