A great gym if we’re only talking about the machine selection. They have so many of every machine and benches that you’ll likely never have to wait for a single thing. The problem comes with the crowd that goes here. Out of the many gyms I’ve been to, this one has the most unwelcoming atmosphere ever. A bunch of older men and women on gear who just stare at you as if you’re some sort of extra terrestrial being because you’re not like them. Dave Fisher, the owner, is a hostile, condescending person who would rather shout at and treat paying customers as though they are idiots who have never been to a gym instead of speaking to people with respect. This gym does not foster courtesy between its members, and the customer service is nonexistent. The best I can say is Dave is lickety-split with the refunds, but save yourself the roid rage experience and take your money elsewhere.
Great gym with a strong and helpful community. You aren't going to get a better deal in the South Bay.
