Dave Doran was amazing to work with! He went out of his way to squeeze us in for a last minute showing which ended up being the house we put an offer in for. He was always available to answer questions and kept is in the loop every step of the way. He always had our best interests at heart and worked hard to get us under contract in a situation where there were other offers and even better got us buyer credits due to his amazing negotiating skills.
