Dave exceeded expectations!!!!! Dave went above and beyond even after the sale of the home. He was the selling agent of the home which I purchased and stepped up to the plate to work as a team with my real estate agent when they fell ill on final walk through and closing day. We used Dave to sell our house based on a strong recommendation from a friend. Dave came as advertised as a local expert on the Grand Blanc market. He was very patient with us outlining the process prior to listing as we had some work we needed to do to get the house to show its best. I will make this post very factual instead of an opinion. We were randomly assigned to Dave through Zillow, and it felt like working with a complete stranger. His responses were very “salesy.” For example, when I asked, “Did you ever figure out what that detector on the ceiling was?” his response was: “I’ll figure it out if you sign a purchase agreement.” There was a significant lack of communication back and forth.
