My wife and I made the switch from our former State Farm agent to Dave DiOrio's office a couple of years ago on a recommendation from trusted friends. We have repeatedly been very impressed and pleased with Dave and Team's level of service and good communication. Sadly (and very frustratingly), it seems to be fairly standard these days to experience poor responsiveness and minimum-standard effort from businesses and service providers. I've been a customer at this office for almost 30 years. Dave, Jamie, and the whole team have always been on top of what ever we need. We've had disasters at home and on the road, one call to this office and solutions are on the way. From covering my a$$ when I crush the neighbors cars with a tree to being very prompt and responsive when I need proof of insurance fast, this is the team you want behind you.
Dave has made our transition to State Farm super easy. He responds timely, listens to what we need, and made it all happen. We are super thankful for him and his staff.
