Loved the experience. Very personal. They took their time helping us pick out flooring and were patient when we took a long time to decide. They seemed to know the name of everyone in the neighborhood who had their floors. The installers were efficient and did not leave a mess. When a problem did arise they were prompt to respond to the home and solve the concern. Highly recommend.
