We hired Dave to remodel our bathroom which included gutting and replacing the tub with a shower stall. From day one to completion Dave communicated with us throughout the entire process sharing his many years of experience keeping in mind the future needs we may have. Dave does most of the construction himself with help from his assistant Kyle and plumber Ray, all paying attention to detail. Dave spent several sessions with us prior to arriving at a decision to proceed with our full Master Bath remodeling, helping us map out a viable plan to proceed. Once the plan took shape, he laid out our contract, and recommended several contractors for us to consult for the bathroom and shower tile, vanity quartz tops, all bath and shower fixtures, tub, sinks, and glasswork. Dave has done two major projects for us. Two years ago, He built a new bathroom from a former storage room and more recently he knocked down a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room, installing a beam. He gave us all new floors, painted everything and managed all parties: architect, engineer, painter, flooring specialist, electricians, etc. Both times he worked within our tight timeframes. And we trusted him to work while we were away on vacation. Highly recommend him for exception quality work.
Dave Davidson has completed several projects for our family including a bathroom renovation replacing a shower, replacing a number of toilets, and replacing the garage door and its' framing. He approached each project with meticulous care bringing to it a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is unfailing honest, great at communicating and keeps to his word. We are extremely happy with the results of Dave’s work and hope to work with him in the future.
Dave remodel our bathroom which was nothing but the best. Now he's going to remodel my kitchen. There's no one better in my eyes.
