He is knowledgeable of local market trends, has connections with local lenders and insurers who can assist with your questions ( even without your commitment), can help you hone-in on your property must-haves to narrow your search, will offer knowledgeable feedback on properties you view and is always ready/available to meet in person to see a property quickly-- even if you yourself are out of town (even during Mardi Gras!).
