J the manager was very friendly and extremely helpful with transferring credits and tickets from 8 cards to just 2. She let me know that downloading the app would be beneficial and also helped by uploading my two cards and dividing the credits between both of them.
Priced high for what we get as far as games are concerned. Been twice with the Grandkids, not going back.
Expensive but fun.
We go on Tuesday nights for the wonderful Trivia shows (thank you, Cody) and to see our wonderful waitress (thank you Felicia) who makes us feel right at home. It's a night we look forward too all week! Cody is hilarious and makes trivia so much fun, and Felicia remembers our names, what we drink, what we like to eat, and starts serving us as soon as we arrive. Thank you, Dave & Busters, Cody, and Felicia, for always giving us a night to look forward to. Oh, yeah, the food is awesome too! :-)
The waiting stuff really, really, really dislike orders to go. If you spent $100 on the machines and want to exchange a burger to go by using some tickets? Nope they hate that. I spent 10 minutes trying to get the attention of any waiting staff, and was actively ignored. They'd glance over you and attend the dine-in customers, and if every dine-in customer has been attended, they'd just group together and chat.
