Staff was stressed out service was slow. Took 20 minutes to get a drink.
By far the worst experience I've had at Dave & Busters. My son had an unlimited for 60 mins award from his school. When the cashier explained to me that it was only the games that didn't earn tickets, I said Wow, thats not good. And her immediate response was It's in the fine print. Then I said I would add money to his card and she said we could only do that after the 60 mins of boring play, on games I have no idea how to find. She had already activated his free play so the transaction had to be voided so I could add credits... read more
