Jay was patient and such a great server!
Food was decent but arcade games were pricey kinda disappointing they didnt have more options... I gave this place 3 stars bc the noise level is too loud!!
Edit: This location took note of all the complaints and added in real skee ball!! They get two more stars from me because they are finally improving. I used to think all D and Bs were the same. Turns out I don't like change and this new one feels like it's heading in a different direction. No skee ball. Which is just a game, but it's more than that. My son loves to come here and game, it’s kinda a stress relief for us after a hard day. We came in today and his gaming card wasn’t working, but the manager Nader was on top of it. He worked hard to restore the gameplay and when the system was giving him problems he accommodated us so my son could keep gaming. Top notch!
Don't get my wrong this place is fun for the kids and its expected to pay more for food in this setting but for the quality of the food it's significantly overpriced. We got the play and eat passes with a variety of items. We were all disappointed. The most bland coleslaw I've ever had. But the real cherry on top is the fact that you include the cost of the play passes in the % of the tip. This is wild. My elderly father thought he was tipping 20% on the service.
