They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I WAITED AN HOUR EACH TIME I GO IT GETS WORSE. LATER AND LATER AND HIS HAND IS NOT STEADY.
I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
