Dave just sold my home. He knew the area very well and priced it accordingly. He did research on the neighborhood and found that we were being taxed improperly on the square footage of the house. The town assessed the house with a higher square footage than the house was. He was a gentleman and very respectful of my home and how he handled the open house.
