BE HONEST, INS CO TAKE AUTO INS OUT ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, AFTER I CALLED TO CANCEL BOTH MY INS AUTO AND HOMEOWNERS THEY TOOK AUTO OUT THE NEXT DAY AS THEY WOULD TAKE OUT FUNDS ON THE LAST DAY FOE EACH MONTH AND HOMEOWNERS ONCE A YEAR MY BANK QUICKEN LOANS WROTE ME A LETTER STATING THEY SENT HOMEOWNERS TO MY NEW INS CO AND TO STATE FARM , NOW YOU SEE WHY YOUR LOUSING COSTUMES CHARLES C Ray Eisen
Awful customer service! Frustration after frustration, from mailing bills to wrong addresses, random cancellations of coverage, rude employees, lack of receipts upon payment.
My accident was on November 4th. I've had to make several calls to this office and they always give me another number to call. it's been over a month and I'm still waiting on them to pay my lien holder. Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They do not work for you so if you choose this company, expect to do all their leg work if you want results.
RecommendedIt was time for my auto renewal so I checked in with Dave Ahrens Agency. I not only save money on my auto but my home owners rate dropped considerably. Don't buy until you check with Dave.
