Great place. Little wait time. Great customer service throughout the clinic. If anyone needs medical assistance this is the place to go. The PA was super. The nurse was awesome. This is our hometown place in Giddings and surroundings. Thank you all..
Had scheduled appointment today and Waited over 1 1/2 Hours to see Doctor. Girls at front desk very unprofessional and instead of working, they stay on cell phones and talk back and forth to one another. This is the second time this has happened in the past 2 months...This place is going down hill!! Can't recommend anymore.
Horrible telemed visit experience with rude incompetent front desk staff. Two calls requesting a payment despite having two insurances with all deductables met for 2021. The terminology she was using was something we have never heard of in 20 years of having this primary and secondary insurance policies. My family and I have been going there since they opened but never again!
RecommendedMy son was diagnosed with Acute Rheumatic Fever with Sydenham’s chorea in 2016. This is pretty rare in the US. Every time we go to a provider that is not his regular pedi, I have to explain his symptoms,and why we treat him with this med and not this, and they usually have colleagues come in to take a look because they’ve never seen this before. I would not recommend. My wife has been exposed so we all need to be tested. They don’t accept my 6 yrs old daughters insurance of Medicaid. They would not bill us and almost refused to see her because of it. Luckily we had a credit card to be able use it otherwise she’d be screwed. I would not ever come back here again. Kids are supposed to come first and the fact that they were going to refuse service that’s ridiculous.
called double checked all the right questions but Covid!!! It seems that if your not able to wear a mask don't waste your time. They don't tell you this until your there. Ridiculous they aren't there to help all, even the WHO says the mask are not needed UNLESS you are sick.
I can't say enough good things about Davam Urgent Care. They have been there for my Kroger Pharmacy Family and taken care of us as one of their own. Through sickness and through health, this team is here for you.
Great service, all the nurses are nice and caring and friendly, have been there several times and have had a great experience every single time!
