Stay away! I came in with a gold chain that IS 14k and has been in the family for 50 years. It has been in fact tested before with a detector not acid. This time they immediately went in the back room and tested it for just a repair. Not sure why they would when it’s only there for a repair. Over PRICED!!!! I purchased a chain for over double what it was worth. I tried to return it and all they would do is a store credit, NO CASH REFUND 🫣 kinda crazy how they do business! Very disappointed after my purchase, shop with CAUTION
I needed a new battery for my watch. The first place I went to was closed. I remembered coming to DaValle in the past. Called them and they said swing by. Very nice shop, professional but down to earth. Did it while I waited and it was $15.
Repaired my chain in about 2 minutes, would recommend
Donna was such an excellent sales associate. She made my shopping experience today fantastic!! We bought our wedding rings with her too and her expertise was terrific!!
