I have been going to Davalle for 7 years. Not that I buy a lot of jewelry but, when I do it is always a good experience. I mainly work with Donna who is terrific. Davalle does not have a huge selection in their cases however, Donna always comes through in getting us what we are looking for by ordering if necessary. I went to DeValle Jewelers to design an engagement ring for my now fiancée, she said yes. From educating me on the different ways diamonds are rated, to presenting me with alternative ideas to help fit my budget, DeValle Jewelers was the most professional and considerate Jeweler to work with. I visited a number of Jewelers across the Chicagoland area and the experience I had at DeValle, couldn't have been replicated anywhere else. Cant recommend them enough!

I have been to this jeweler multiple times. Each time I was helped by Jim. He was always courteous, friendly and helped me with repairs and purchases. The rest of the staff is great also. Good choice if you are looking for a jeweler!
