Absolutely unprofessional try to be intimidating to upsale their manicures, pedicures etc extremely rude.
Normally always go here BUT NO MORE!!!! I receive gift certificates from here BUT because mine was dated “past few DAYS ” but was SAME MONTH they would not honor it. It was for 6 months. May to November…..I’m surprised it wasn’t down to the hour and minute it was bought in May. Happy Thanksgiving Da vi …..you ruined my DAY. I’ve been going there for 3-4 years. Always had good experiences with them. They did a good job on mani and pedi with me.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom and I were there 10 minutes and they were so freaking rude. Not to mention THEY DONT PUT LINERS IN THE FOOT SPA UNLESS YOU ASK! AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!
