Liane provided the most awesome service for Dad and his needs, she was quick, polite and very helpful. Randy was super great with the delivery, set up and through explanations for the use of the recliner chair and mobility scooter! We visited others showrooms in our search for the perfect sleep chair and Dauterman Medical was by far the best. I highly recommend them!
My mobility scooter was damaged on the bus transport to the hotel on our first night in Waikiki. They broke a wire to the XLR charge port but I did not know until it was time to charge the next night. I was super stressed out because I didn't know what was wrong or why it wasn't charging. Dauterman Healthcare and Mobility is located in a very small shopping center where Bangkok Chef is. Take a left into the driveway on King Street and just head straight in. Dauterman is all the way in the back of the shopping center. I visited it yesterday to look at the mobility scooters, as I the one I have is a 4-wheel mobility scooter made by Walmart under their Equate brand.
