Terrible management, run like a dictator community by manager. Some residents living at Dauner Haus should be living in memory care and or mentally ill hospitals. Urinating on chairs in lobby. New move ins questionable at best. A lot of marijuana smoking in apartments - smells like dirty socks. No annual maintenance- no new furnace filters, smoke alarm batteries.
