I'm writing to express my deep concern about Dr. Quantum Daulat. My elderly family member was under his care, and he prescribed a medication that was entirely inappropriate—one that appears on the Beers List due to its effects, including rapid cognitive decline. Excellent Doctor.
Avoid this doctors office. Front staff Diana causes billing issues. The front staff is negligent, unprofessional and does not resolve billing matters in a timely manner. I received a bill dated 01/19/2026 for services, still unresolved due to this office inputting the incorrect billing codes. The claim has been submitted multiple times to my insurance with error codes every time.
