I am a birth partner to a birthing person. I appreciated Leonora’s facilitation and guidance with partner prenatal yoga. Her knowledge and teaching practice are great, and I appreciate how she pays attention and gives feedback during sessions. We are in week 39 and we have printed the worksheets that Leonora provided and blue taped them to the walls in three of our rooms to guide us in continuing to practice them.
Leonora has provided the most thorough and detailed care for me and my family as a birth and postpartum doula. I was pregnant with my first child at 16 years old in 2023 and I worried about finding the right doula that wouldn't pass any judgment on me and also be able to help me navigate my way through any hospital staff treating me differently because of my age.
