NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I VISIT THIS unprofessional doctors office. It’s been a week since I was seen and I still don’t have the proper paperwork that I need. The doctor is a liar and he’s NEVER HERE. When I booked my appointment I specifically told the receptionist I wanted to see him and when I got there he was out of town. So of course I was disappointed. This is the 3rd time I had to come up here and my paper work is still not finished and now they are telling me The forms can’t be filled out. All they do is LIE!
