Receptionist is a witch! Had 3 family appointments scheduled for July. Made the appointments in the spring. We had a phone # change since then. When we showed up, receptionist told us our appointments were cancelled because she could not confirm them. I have not been seen for over a year. I had to reschedule appt. and was put on a call list because she couldn't give me an appt. 4 mths down the road....ridiculious! Well I never got a call! Never going back!!
The entire staff is so accommodating and makes the entire experience easy, even my 5 year old loves going to this office.
My dentist for 25+ years. Incredibly professional & gentle. Would never go anywhere else!
Our family was overcharged, twice, and didn't get the $$ back. Phone calls unanswered or returned and now the office just quickly closed with no warning!?!?
Been a patient for 15 years but past 3-4 years his work hasn't been the quality it used to be. In process of finding a new dentist.
