I have told Dr. Joe on more than one time about the pain I am having. He is very confusing I was told by him that he was going to prescribe something.However at checkout he said he was not. I have been a patient for years,but it's time to move on.
Horrible experience. First of all it took a month to been seen. When my date came I didn't receive a reminder call about the appt. From a month ago so I missed it. I rescheduled only to be turned away at the door because I didn't have a physical copy of my insurance card. Apparently they don't take digital copies even though I'm sure she was about to take my paper copy and scan it in.
