The apartments are great, but being low-income housing, a lot of the residence can't leave because they don't have transportation. They get tied up in their own drama. A lot of fighting, arguments, gossip, harassment, etc. Also, we have new property managers here as of August 2026.
They are terrible the people who own it and operate it are beyond disgusting to those with a mental disability do something wrong ask for a second chance and they don't communicate with you right away and being on a banned list do not recommend!
Since I've never lived there i can't give it much yet.though i did recently put in an application for a 2 bedroom for me and a roommate. Hopefully we can get a nice one soon. I've heard good and bad things about this place but i like seeing things for myself before passing judgement. Since I'm not a city person and much perfer living in the country most of gadsden looks like crap to me but i blame the local politicians and the voters for that.
