I have lived here for 4 years. I love living here.
An old dingy building with apartments that are ridiculously tiny. The poor souls that are on the - list better hope something else becomes available - like a local park bench - before this wretched dump entraps them. I've seen homeless shelters that looked much better. on a positive note, it has not collapsed ... yet.
