Do not do business with these people. I was a loyal tenant of theirs for seven. Never missed rent, always reported any issues, kept the place clean and maintained. I recently moved out of state for a job opportunity mid November and my lease ended in March. They would not allow me to break it and told me I would be liable to pay it and it could go to court and go against me on my credit if I stopped paying. Stay away: This firm is the most unprofessional, and unreliable real estate company I’ve ever worked with. If you have to sell a home, go anywhere else. I’ve never been treated so poorly and my home sell was so mismanaged, it’s not even funny. Never were our concerns put at ease, and clearly this firm does not have their clients best interests at hearts. 4 months on the market, and no strategy on how to sell except excuse after excuse.
