The scheduling of appointments at this establishment needs improvement. Despite arriving on time, I experienced waiting times exceeding an hour. I do not recommend this place due to the frustration caused.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. I waited over an hour past my appointment time and was completely ignored the entire time. No one apologized or explained the delay, and the staff acted like it was normal. If I could give zero stars, I would. This will definitely be my last appointment here — they clearly don’t respect people’s time or care about their patients.
This place gives you an appointment time and wait til is Unacceptable they make you wait more than one hour before calling you and do not give you updates on when you will be called in next. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional place.
Give you an appointment at a specific time and then make you wait for Hours before they attend to you.
